My package has been delivered but it is not showing in my suite yet?

We log incoming packages Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during our opening hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Our aim is for the majority of packages to be processed within 2 working days, and many are processed within 1 working day.
During very busy periods (for example, around Christmas), processing may take a little longer.

Processing may also be delayed if we cannot clearly identify the correct suite for a package. This can happen if:

  • The address on the package is incomplete or incorrect

  • The package is addressed to a name that is not associated with your Skypax account

  • The suite number is wrong or missing

If several days have passed and you are concerned about a package you are expecting, please contact us and include as much of the following information as possible:

  • The tracking number

  • The retailer or sender’s name

  • A brief description of the items in the package

This information helps us locate and correctly assign the package to your suite as quickly as possible.
