We log incoming packages Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during our opening hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Our aim is for the majority of packages to be processed within 2 working days, and many are processed within 1 working day.
During very busy periods (for example, around Christmas), processing may take a little longer.
Processing may also be delayed if we cannot clearly identify the correct suite for a package. This can happen if:
The address on the package is incomplete or incorrect
The package is addressed to a name that is not associated with your Skypax account
The suite number is wrong or missing
If several days have passed and you are concerned about a package you are expecting, please contact us and include as much of the following information as possible:
The tracking number
The retailer or sender’s name
A brief description of the items in the package
This information helps us locate and correctly assign the package to your suite as quickly as possible.
