We provide free storage for each package in your suite as follows:
Standard members: up to 30 days of free storage per package
Premium members: up to 60 days of free storage per package
After the free storage period ends, storage fees will apply in line with our Terms & Conditions.
If a package approaches or exceeds the free storage limit, you’ll need to ship, discard, or otherwise instruct us how to handle it to avoid additional charges.
